Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 17 Oct 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you, your team and your agents run on ammo.host.
1. Verified owners
Every account has a verified owner who is responsible for all apps, agents and data in it. A verified owner is the person who confirmed the account email address by opening the login link. We may ask the owner to confirm that email again. An account whose email is not confirmed can't deploy.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use AMMO to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break it;
- host or distribute child sexual abuse material (we report it to the authorities);
- host or spread malware, ransomware, botnets or command-and-control servers;
- phish, impersonate others, or run scams and fraud;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- attack, scan or probe systems you don't own or have permission to test, including DDoS;
- mine cryptocurrency;
- run open proxies, or VPN/Tor exit nodes, meant to hide abusive traffic;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or host pirated content;
- host content that incites violence or terrorism, harassment, or illegal hate speech;
- collect or process personal data unlawfully, including scraping in breach of the GDPR;
- get around plan limits, billing, quarantine or other enforcement, including by creating extra accounts;
- overload shared infrastructure, or interfere with other users or with AMMO itself;
- let an agent do any of the above. What your agents do counts as what you do.
3. How we detect abuse
We run automated abuse scanning: traffic patterns, resource usage, known-malicious signatures and URLs, and reports from third parties. Scanning uses deploy and runtime metadata. We don't read your source code or secrets to do it.
4. Graded actions
We respond in proportion to the problem:
- Warn: we notify you and give you time to fix it.
- Quarantine: we isolate the app from public traffic.
- Stop: we halt the app or agent.
- Freeze: we block all changes and deployments on the account. Data is kept.
- Terminate: for serious or repeated breaches, under the Terms.
We can skip steps for urgent or severe cases (for example child sexual abuse material, active attacks, legal orders). We'll tell you what we did and why, and how to appeal.
5. Reporting and appeals
Report abuse through the report form or abuse@ammo.solutions. If you disagree with an action, reply to our notice or email abuse@ammo.solutions. A person will review it.
